1st Mile makes analyses and technology reviews as a basis for decision making. From analysis of technology and environment, and interviews of stakeholders a basis for decisions is made for managements, boards and other decision makers.

Investment possibilities
1st Mile makes decision bais for investment decisions. This includes assesment of technology, market, customers, competitors and industry, teams, economy, strenghts, and weaknesses for the investors. We also makes recommendations about valuation, owner shares, syndication and investment rounds.

Project management
1st Mile participates as an external project manager if the project needs it for a limited period.

Team building
1st Mile creates team building for academics. The purpose is to build the best team and the best working relationship. The content of the course is team basics, personality types and their contributions, leadership styles, and the group as a team.
